JSA - Japanese Student AssociationThe Japanese Student Association is an organization formed to bring Georgia Perimeter College (Newton) closer to Japan. We also bring students together with ties to or interests in the Japanese culture, language, literature, anime, and many other subjects .We provide social and cultural activities to help us learn more about Japan. We aid freshman, transfers, exchange students and English Language Program students in their adjustment to Georgia Perimeter College. We even aid in teaching beginners about learning the language in more depth.We acknowledge the history and continuing existence of Japanese culture in the United States of America. We are even looking into assist the members of the Organization in looking for jobs or study abroad opportunities in Japan.

All members and officers need to join this website so they can have instant access to updates, forums, and important announcements (like the ones down below).

    Those of you who did not make it to any of the meetings, DO NOT HAVE A MENTAL BREAK DOWN! We will have plenty more meetings. Every thing we have talked about so far is already on the site. SO....if you want an update on anything just browse around and be nosy. Be sure to stop by the Discussion Forum and Upcoming Events. Create your profile and. don't forget to add a picture and a name.     Pee before you fly policy of Japanese airline
    JSA - Japanese Student Association
    Japanese airline ANA is introducing a policy that some think really takes the pee. They want passengers to relieve themselves before they board the aircraft, in a somewhat desperate attempt to reduce carbon emissions. The airline's chiefs say that empty bladders means passengers will weigh less, so their fleet of aircraft will save fuel and reduce their carbon emissions. All Nippon Airways reckons that the policy could lead to a five-tonne reduction in carbon emissions per month, as well as saving the company money. click to read more

    Soybean Cheesecake Vegetables are always one of the popular choices people make for healthier eating habits. Restaurants throughout Japan offer vegetable cakes and other sweet treats involving vegetables in the ingredients. Pâtisserie Potager is a vegetable confectionery that opened in Tokyo in 2006. The store is based on the novel idea of mixing vegetables into desserts. Bean sprouts have long been used in Japanese cuisine and are now being used to make cheesecake.
